Are you the mom of a school aged child?  Are you a woman with a busy schedule and overwhelmed working and/or doing daily tasks to meet your needs and those of your family?  How about less stress and more happiness?  Coaching can help you find that sense of peace in your life that is missing.

What does a coach do?  A coach will be your partner on your journey.  A coach is someone you can trust, who will be there for you and always interested in what you have to say.  As your coach, I will help you with your challenges and also help you get inspired and fired up about your goals and dreams.  A friend can listen and want to help, but your friends and family often think they need to “fix” you or the problem.  I’m not here to fix you.  You are not broken.  I’m here to listen and support you, and I’m also here to challenge you to take action to reach your goals.
